The actress wore a blush pink strapless gown that shimmered and sparkled with every step she took. The slit on the side of her outfit added drama while the off-shoulder cape sleeves lent a whimsical touch to her look. Dangling earrings, a ring on each hand, a wet glam and mermaid waves for the hairdo sealed the deal. After wowing the fashion police with her look, Sonakshi Sinha interacted with the media where she spoke about becoming Dolly J’s muse, her thoughts on wedding styling and why she chose to wear her mother’s saree at her own wedding.

She spoke about how good she felt inside and how “extremely glamorous” she felt in the outfit designed by Dolly J. Talking about her blush pink dress, Sonakshi Sinha said, “It speaks for itself and because it is so statement making, we kept it minimal. I feel extremely glamorous. And I think that’s the beauty of designers when they make outfits like this that make a woman feel good inside.”

Sonakshi Sinha tied the knot with actor Zaheer Iqbal in an intimate wedding on June 3. She ditched the traditional lehenga and opted for a sari. The star spoke about how her wedding attire allowed her to “breathe and move.” She said, “I really feel that the simpler bride will come back. Honestly, I had the freedom to enjoy my wedding a lot because I was so comfortable. I was able to breathe and move. And I didn’t get stressed. So I think a simpler but beautiful bride, that will be a future trend for sure.”

To promote sustainable fashion, Sonakshi Sinha wore a saree that belonged to her mother, Poonam Sinha, at her wedding. Talking about how she picked the outfit for the big day in just five minutes, Sonakshi shared, “It took both of us five minutes to pick the outfits. I was very clear that I wanted to wear a red saree. And I was very clear that for the signing and the wedding, I wanted to wear my mother’s saree and her jewellery, which is exactly what I did. So it was all in my head. And we made it happen on the day. We are not very fussy people.”
