Rajeev, while talking about the ban on Pakistani artists, opined, “Nahi nahi, it’s politics. It’s very wrong. Who are the politicians who ban the logo? Our politics dictate what we do. Where love can be applied, you don’t allow our love to be applied, for whatever reasons. So, I don’t understand this. It would be wrong for me to comment because I don’t understand why. We are talking about peace, aren’t we? Even where there is peace, people from the political party have taken the Hindu-Muslim stance. So, that’s wrong. It seems like the Pakistan government is sending them as agents. I didn’t understand it.” I have seen a lot of love coming (No, it is all politics. This is very wrong. Who are these politicians to ban artists? Our politics dictate a certain narrative. Where love blossoms between two nations, we do not even allow it for any reason. I also think it is wrong of me to comment on peace and harmony, there too political parties are giving it a Hindu-Muslim angle. It is not that the Pakistani government is sending artists as agents.
