His Instagram bio says that he has lost a whopping 255 pounds (116 kg), slimming down from 429 pounds to 174 pounds.

His remarkable transformation has earned him 66,000 followers on Instagram, and his fans are stunned by his progress. “Wait,” Savage jokes at the start of his viral video, which begins with a bare-chested mirror selfie taken at his heaviest moment.

“I’m sorry you’re not my type,” the video’s text reads. The next image shows the early days of her weight loss journey, with the words, “Not yet.” As the transformation accelerates, a third image shows a fitter Savage, but still accompanied by a dismissive “no.” The video then cuts to an unrecognizable Savage lifting weights in the gym.
